Abstrak

    The rise in total population corresponds to an increase in total garbage generated. Garbage is the most visible problem in the development of the whole population, thus a policy is required to address it, one of which is the policy of managing home garbage, which is controlled in a waste bank. The goal of this research is to increase income through managing waste banks and waste bank finances in Sukoanyar Village, Wajak District. The Malang Regent's Regulation governing garbage processing and disposal in Malang Regency, particularly in Sukoanyar Village.
This study employs an empirical approach to facts and instances as well as social, philosophical, and legal contexts. Interviews are used to acquire materials directly from respondents. Primary and secondary sources of materials were employed, and they were then descriptively and qualitatively assessed. The findings indicate that there have been implementations related to managing household waste that prevent environmental pollution in the Wajak sub-district, particularly in the Sukoanyar sub-district, through the issuance of policies related to the Decree of the Head of Sukoanyar Village as stated in Number: 0126/A.023/III/2021 concerning Bank Management Structure Garbage in Sukoanyar Village. The policy's execution has to be enhanced since public understanding and awareness of home trash management maximum profit are currently inadequate.
