KEROPPI Journal: Comprehensive Overview, Benefits, Scope, and Policies

Journal Overview

The KEROPPI Journal is an academic platform established by the Diploma 3 Program in Finance and Banking at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Koperasi Malang (STIE Koperasi Malang). As the founding and editorial coordinator, I am proud to advance a peer-reviewed journal that bridges theoretical research, practical insights, and innovative approaches in the fields of economics, finance, banking, entrepreneurship, and cooperative studies. The journal directly represents the vision and academic growth of the D3 Finance and Banking Study Program, reflecting our dedication to high-quality, ethical scholarship and impactful contributions to both local and global discourse.

KEROPPI Journal was born from the collective aspiration of faculty, students, and institutional leadership to establish a scholarly hub where research ideas are nurtured and results disseminated with integrity. Our mission is to empower Indonesia’s academic community and consistently raise scholarly standards, while fostering a deep-rooted culture of sharing knowledge and promoting inclusive academic collaboration. Through this, we serve as a conduit between rigorous academic theory and real-world professional practice, supporting the next generation of economists, practitioners, and thought leaders.

As part of our pursuit of academic excellence and global reach, KEROPPI is actively working towards being indexed in leading databases such as EBSCO, EconLit (American Economic Association), ProQuest, Google Scholar, Scopus, and other respected international indexing services.

This journal provides a welcoming environment for pioneering ideas, applied research, community-driven best practices, and open interdisciplinary exchange. Our editorial culture is grounded in transparency, engagement, and inclusivity—encouraging dialogue that delivers lasting benefits for evidence-based thought and decision-making across economies and societies.
